Ingredients:
2tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp chocolate flavoured plant protein powder (I like Amazonia Raw, Botanika Blends, Designer Physique and Vivo)
1tbsp mixed raw seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseeds, hemp etc.)
1tsp almond or pure peanut butter
1tbsp cacao nibs (or 2 pieces Lindt 80% dark choc broken into chunks)
2/3 cup plant-based milk unsweetened (almond, coconut, pea protein)
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
Optional additions: fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, caramel or vanilla stevia drops, coconut flakes
Method:
1. Mix all in a jar and stir until combined. Then sit in the fridge for 10 minutes or overnight, then enjoy! You can multiply the recipe by 3-5 times and make in 1 big jar/container (or separate jars) and store in the fridge for a ready-to-eat breakfast or snack throughout the week. These will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
